Uses the
SignatureIdentifierto match RPCN tickets instead of the now-deprecatedIssuerIdof0x33333333to verify tickets. The old method is kept as a fallback for ease of mind purposes.Also contains a minor refactor and tweaks some things that were bothering me. I am very tired and there is not nearly enough coffee in the world to fix me.
